Information you provide

Our forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company information and message. Please do not include trade secrets or highly sensitive information in an initial submission. Document uploads are currently unavailable.

How information is used

We use submissions to review and respond to inquiries, assess company and growth opportunities, and maintain and protect the website. A request for updates records your email so we can follow up about NEP updates.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored as private records in our WordPress site. Authorized site administrators can review them. An internal notification email alerts NEP to a new submission; it links to the private record and does not include the submitted details.

Spam protection

The forms use a hidden field, submission timing, rate limits and a short self-hosted computing challenge to deter automated abuse. The challenge does not require an account or send form details to another service. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled later, its challenge may process technical information and a verification token; our server would send the token and your IP address to Cloudflare for validation. A salted IP-derived rate-limit key expires after 15 minutes.

Sharing and retention

Our hosting provider and, when enabled, Cloudflare process information needed to operate and secure the site. We do not sell form submissions. We retain private submissions until they are reviewed and deleted by NEP, or deletion is requested and applicable obligations permit it.

Your choices

You may use the contact form to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask us not to send further updates. We will evaluate requests under applicable law.
